: Toma Cheeses
This toma cheese was born from Pama collaboration with "La Piazza" brewer. The artisan beer, in the paste, is "Chagally", created by master brewers of "Piazza dei mestieri" in Turin. The beer is put in the raw milk, from Piedmont, to an extent not lower than 5%. The paste is smooth and clear, with a malt and fruity aftertaste. It's medium aged.
